Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our growing team at Hi-Tech Instruments Sdn Bhd in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our range of high-tech instrumentation products. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your field engineering expertise to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

Conducting on-site inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of our specialised instruments

Providing technical advice and solutions to customers to resolve operational issues

Performing scheduled maintenance and calibration services to keep equipment running optimally

Documenting all service activities and maintaining detailed records

Collaborating with the sales and product teams to enhance customer experience

Providing training to customers on the proper use and care of our instruments

Staying up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends
