Service Support Officer (CSR) - Planner

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute VMI parts planning strategies to ensure inventory availability and minimise excess stock.

Monitor and analyse inventory levels, usage patterns, and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of VMI parts and resolve any supply chain issues.

Utilize inventory management systems to track and report on stock levels, order status, and planning metrics.

Prepare regular reports on inventory performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.


Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes is a plus.
