Shipping Assistant (6 months contract)

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible to assist and liaise with freight agent for export or import shipment arrangement.

A day in the life of...

To assist and liaise with freight agent for export or import shipment arrangement

To assist and liaise with forwarder for export or import shipment customs clearance

To assist in arrange lorry pick up for export or import cargo

To perform related duties that is assigned by immediate superior

To prepare all related documents for the purpose of export or import

To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation as be referred to memo or letters

What will make you successful

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma

1-2 years of full-time working experience in related field

Work experience in SAP systems

Good Interpersonal Skills

Able to communication effectively

Problem solving and decision making

Good time management
