Sourcing and booking of vessel space and equipment’s,

Planning and optimising consolidation containers,

To coordinate shipments, working closely with customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and carriers to arrange transportation and ensure the timely delivery of goods.

To handle documentation, including shipping invoices, customs declarations, and export/import permits, certificate of origin, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Prepare label according to the customers request and manage the arrangements of the cargo in the pallet.

To collaborate with internal teams to optimize shipping processes and resolve any operational issues that may arise.

To ensure on-time and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.

Responsible for LMW License renewal, all custom exemption application & all related customs forms.

Prepare and submit all necessary Kastam reports in compliance to statutory requirements.
