Shop Assistant

Qualifications
-Must have good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
-Individuals who are responsible, hardworking, mature and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.
-Self-motivated sales persons are an added advantage.
-Deliver high quality and standards of service to clients.
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Proactively approach customers.
-Understand customer needs and recommend the best products.
-Perform stock replenishment and stock taking.
-Ensure that the store is in good condition and presentable at all times, i.e. shelves and fixtures are clean, and display products are in good condition.

Job responsibilities
-Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
-Provide after-sales services such as handling exchange matters (training will be provided).
-Perform cashiering duties.
-Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
-Perform visual merchandising.
-Complete daily and weekly paperwork for management in a timely and accurate manner.
-Perform any other daily operational or ad-hoc duties assigned.
