Shop Leader (Milk Tea Shop-Eco Botanic)

Responsibilities
• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage inventory and stock ordering
• Staff manpower schedule planning
• Oversee staff discipline and performance
• Handle basic reporting and Excel data entry
• Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback
• Coordinate with management/shareholders on shop performance

Requirements
• Experience in F&B operations preferred
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Able to manage staff, stock, and daily operations
• Basic Excel and reporting skills
• Able to communicate in English
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
