Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service
-Help the team reach sales targets.
-Make sure customers are happy and well taken care of.
-Handle customer feedback and complaints.

Store Operations
-Manage daily store activities like opening and closing.
-Keep the shop clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
-Make sure cashiering and payments run smoothly.

Staff Supervision
-Guide and support the shop staff.
-Arrange work schedules and shifts.
-Train new team members.

Stock & Inventory
-Check and manage stock levels.
-Organize restocking when needed.
-Prevent stock loss or damage.

Display & Promotions
-Set up product displays neatly.
-Help with in-store promotions and campaigns.

Reporting
-Report daily sales and store matters to the manager.

Safety & Rules
-Make sure the shop follows all safety and company rules.
