-Salary: Salary: RM 9,000 + RM 300 KPI Allowance + RM 300 Night Shift Allowance

-Work Schedule: 24/7 shift, 5 days a week, 2 off day.

-About the Role
We are looking for Japanese (from Japan) to join our team as Short Video Content Moderators in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated short video content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, platform policies, and legal requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong attention to detail, can make sound decisions, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and moderate short video content in accordance with platform policies and community standards.
* Identify and remove content that violates guidelines, including inappropriate.
* Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
* Maintain high accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets.
* Keep up to date with policy changes and moderation guidelines.
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
* Japanese (Japan) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor's Degree or above.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to make objective decisions based on established guidelines.
