Showroom Sales Coordinator

Requirements
-Candidates must possess at least SPM
-Detailed-oriented and able to multi-tasking
-Good communication skill to interact with customers and cross-functional team
-Cooperative and able to work in a team environment
-Language Required are Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
-Skills Required: Sales Skills, Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Inventory Management and Administrative Skills

Responsibilities
-Coordinating and processing Sales Orders and inquiries from customers.
-Prepare Quotation, Sales Order, Invoice and other related documents.
-Liaising with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
-Follow-up order of customers for the confirmation of incoming shipment and delivery from supplier.
-Providing after-sales service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time
