采销一体专员

岗位职责：
1.核心负责马来西亚区域 PM 项目的落地与转化工作，推进现有重点项目的落地执行，确保项目达成预期目标；
2.陪同马来西亚公司总经理对接新客户，参与客户拜访、商务洽谈等工作，助力新客户开发与合作推进；
3.跟进供应链端、产品质量端的相关事宜，做好跨部门沟通衔接，保障产品供应与质量达标；
4.协助处理客服交付相关跟进工作，及时对接国内团队反馈马来西亚区域的客户需求与问题，推动问题高效解决；
5.完成公司交办的其他采销相关工作任务。

任职要求：
1.马来西亚本地人，男女不限，具备良好的中文、马来文、英文三语沟通能力，可熟练进行日常交流与商务沟通；
2.持有有效驾照，具备独立开车能力，可适应马来西亚区域内的外出办公需求；
3.具备采销、项目管理、商务对接相关工作经验者优先，熟悉马来西亚本地市场情况者更佳；
4.具备良好的项目执行能力、沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，工作积极主动，有较强的责任心和抗压能力；
5.了解供应链、质量管控相关基础常识，具备一定的跨团队协作意识。
薪资待遇
月薪 4000-5000 马币，另享业绩提成（具体提成方案面议）；
享受马来西亚本地法定福利，具体根据公司制度执行。
工作模式
全职，需适应外出拜访客户、跨区域对接工作的节奏。

Be primarily responsible for the implementation and conversion of PM projects in Malaysia, promote the implementation of existing key projects, and ensure the projects meet the expected goals;
Accompany the general manager of Malaysia Branch to connect with new customers, participate in customer visits, business negotiations and other work, and support the development of new customers and the advancement of cooperation;

Follow up on matters related to the supply chain and product quality, conduct effective cross-departmental communication and coordination, and ensure product supply and quality compliance;
Assist in the follow-up work of customer service delivery, timely feedback the customer needs and problems in Malaysia to the domestic team, and promote the efficient solution of problems;
Complete other purchasing and sales related tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements
Malaysian local, male or female (male preferred), with good communication skills in Chinese, Malay and English, proficient in daily and business communication;
Hold a valid driving license, have independent driving ability, and be able to adapt to the on-site work needs in Malaysia;
Prior experience in purchasing and sales, project management, business connection is preferred, and those familiar with the local market conditions in Malaysia are more favorable;
Possess good project execution ability, communication and coordination ability, and problem-solving ability, be proactive in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance;
Have basic knowledge of supply chain and quality control, and a certain sense of cross-team collaboration.
