Site Engineer / Construction Manager (Electrical, Mechanical & CSA)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise on-site construction activities within your discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or CSA).

Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality regulations.

Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for project management.



Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

Active certification from the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Construction Manager in your respective field.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Mandarin-speaking is preferred for liaison with China-based clients; however, applicants of other ethnicities are welcome to apply.

Experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects is an added advantage
