Site Safety Supervisor

- Oversee all site activities to ensure adherence to company, client, and government safety standards (like OSHA in Malaysia).

- Inspections & Rectification: Regularly inspect the site for unsafe conditions and practices, taking immediate action to correct them.
- Training & Inductions: Conduct safety inductions for new workers and staff.
- Safety Meetings: Lead daily toolbox talks and regular site safety meetings.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Check subcontractor work for compliance and liaise with their safety supervisors.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and present performance.
- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate emergency responses and ensure protocols are in place.
