SITE SUPERVISOR
Salary: RM5,000
Job Responsibilities
Manage the overall daily operations of the site
Lead, supervise and motivate a team of 15–20 staff
Ensure excellent customer service and visitor experience
Monitor sales performance and achieve operational targets
Prepare daily operational and sales reports
Plan staff schedules and manage attendance
Recruit, train and coach team members
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure all photography equipment and workstations are well maintained
Monitor inventory and operational supplies
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and venue requirements
Coordinate with HQ and Merdeka 118 management to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Age 21–45
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, tourism, hospitality, events or customer service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sales-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Able to work 6 days per week on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
