Study the C&S and architecture construction drawing and to ensure that sub-con receiving and understanding as well as him/her

Able to arrange the manpower according to project plan and schedule

Ordering Material ahead of work progress. receive, inspect and verify the material.

Able to prepare the one-week look ahead plan based on project plan.

Prepare and submit daily reports of activities and manpower to HQ.

communicate to main contractors to get the smooth information flow, (RFI, SI, EI, ...)

arrange and follow the right person for daily joint inspection
