Site Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Site Supervisor who can manage projects from planning to completion. You will play a key role in coordinating between clients, interior designers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality.


Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines and work schedules
- Oversee site operations and manage installation teams
- Track project progress, deadlines
- Attend site meetings and ensure smooth coordination with all parties
- Liaise with clients, interior designers, consultants, and contractors
- Resolve on-site issues, variations, and technical challenges
- Prepare reports and maintain proper project documentation


Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in site supervision / renovation / construction
- Strong site coordination and project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel to sites (Klang Valley)


Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2,500 – RM3,800 (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus / project incentives
- Travel allowance / claim (if applicable)
