Job Responsibilities
- Supervise site work – workers, machinery & materials
- Ensure quality, safety & timely completion
- Coordinate with engineers & subcontractors
- Prepare reports & monitor project progress

Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* Knowledge in road maintenance (potholes, resurfacing, drainage)
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Basic computer (Word, Excel) & reporting skills
