Job Description

~ Supervise On-Site Teams: Manage workers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep daily work aligned with goals.
~ Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
~Safety Enforcement: Conduct routine inspections, eliminate hazards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
~Quality & Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, check work quality, and keep projects aligned with schedules.
