➡️3+ years of hands-on IP/account growth experience, with 1-2 verifiable case studies of a 0-to-1 launch or significant growth.
➡️Strong command of Instagram plus practical experience with TikTok / Douyin / Facebook.
➡️Data-driven decision-making, not just gut instinct.
➡️Strong communication skills for direct client interaction, and resilience under pressure.

✅Grow client accounts on Douyin, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and Instagram — from 0-to-1 launches to scaling them further.
✅Define content strategy and posting cadence, optimizing constantly based on data.
✅ Work directly with clients, turning brand goals into actionable content plans.

✅Background at an social media content agency, or as an independent creator.
✅A viral case with 10M+ views.
✅Chinese (main) and English communication skills and basic paid-traffic experience (Instagram Ads / Facebook Ads).
