Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and oversee the company’s social media platforms including:

Facebook

Instagram

TikTok

Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries. Provide first-level support to customers regarding general enquiries, products, services, or directions.

Assist in basic content creation, including captions and posts.

Support marketing or promotional campaigns through social media platforms.

2. HR & Administrative Support
Assist in managing internal company portal membership (new joiners and resignees).

Support HR with basic administrative tasks and documentation.

Assist in ad-hoc HR or internal coordination projects when required.

3. Operations & External Errands
Act as a company runner for official matters such as submissions to government departments when required.

Assist with ad-hoc operational or administrative errands as assigned.



Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is an advantage.

Basic content creation skills (photo/video editing, captions, posting).

Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Comfortable interacting with customers through online messaging platforms.

Possess own transport and valid driving license for external errands.

Creative, proactive, and organized.

Fresh graduate is welcomed!

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or simple video editing tools

Social media content planning

Customer engagement skills

Ability to multitask and work independently
