Job Description
通过广告投放扩大品牌曝光并引导用户注册/转化，降低获客成本。
岗位职责
管理 Facebook、YouTube、TikTok 广告投放。
做受众研究，设计广告分组与素材测试。
优化 CTR、CPC、CPA，保证 ROI。
监控广告数据，规避平台风控。
输出周报与月度总结。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，数字广告或市场营销专业。
2 年以上广告投放经验，有金融/科技行业背景优先。
熟悉 Meta Ads、Google Ads、TikTok Ads Manager。
具备数据分析与合规营销经验。
考核标准
广告 ROI ≥ 120%。
单个获客成本低于目标。
广告账户安全合规。
福利待遇
