Job Description
1、社交媒体日常运营
- 负责 Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、小红书、抖音平台日常运营。
- 按计划完成每日/每周内容发布及账号维护。
- 回复用户留言、私信及互动，提升账号活跃度。
2、内容策划与制作
- 根据养生馆业务及目标用户制定内容主题。
- 结合马来西亚本地热点、节日、趋势策划内容。
- 制作短视频、图文、养生馆介绍及品牌内容。
- 持续优化内容质量、标题、文案及视觉呈现
3、短视频运营
- 维持稳定的视频产出。
- 跟进视频播放量、完播率、互动率及涨粉情况。
4、品牌曝光与用户增长
- 通过社媒内容提升品牌知名度及平台曝光。
- 引导拉新、会员、充值、回访老客户。
- 配合市场活动、线下广告及营销活动进行线上宣传。
5、数据分析与复盘
- 每周/月整理各平台数据。
- 追踪曝光量、播放量、互动率、粉丝增长、点击量及转化情况。
- 分析高表现及低表现内容。
- 根据数据调整后续选题及内容方向。
