Solar Sales Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop new business opportunities (Commercial & Industrial clients)
- Meet clients, conduct site visits & understand energy requirements
- Propose Solar PV & BESS solutions based on client needs
- Prepare quotations, proposals & deliver presentations
- Achieve sales targets by promoting company products and solutions
- Follow up on client down payments and ensure smooth deal closure
- Provide after-sales service, including courtesy calls and site visits
- Manage proposal timelines, tender submissions & coordination
- Work closely with internal engineering & operations teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitors & government policies

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in solar / engineering / construction industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable handling technical solutions
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
- Good command of English (Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is an advantage)
- Candidates with short notice availability will be prioritized
