Job Purpose
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that align with customer business needs. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and optimization.
• Provide consultative guidance to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with cloud technology trends and provide input to enhance OneCloud’s solutions and offerings. • Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to align solutions with customer and organizational goals.
• Support technical operations or account management tasks as required by Business Development team.
• Ensure high standards of technical documentation and solution delivery

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients effectively.
