Job Description
1.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials and service at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery.
2. Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) based on technical and commercial requirements.
3.Collect, analyze, and compare price offers and specifications.
4. Ensure the Product Costing List (PCL) is completed on time with competitive pricing.
5. Negotiate favorable terms regarding pricing, payment, quality, and delivery.
6. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers for confirmation, production status, and shipment updates.
