Sous Chef Candidate / Assistant Chef

* Prepare ingredients for daily bento production
* Cook Japanese-style dishes according to company recipes
* Support bento production, portioning, and packing
* Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
* Follow hygiene, handwashing, glove-changing, and raw meat
handling rules
* Handle ingredients properly and reduce unnecessary food loss
* Check ingredient freshness, storage, labeling, and stock
condition
* Keep the kitchen, work tables, equipment, and tools clean
* Support cleaning and closing routines before leaving
* Assist Chef and Operation Manager in daily kitchen operations
* Give basic instructions and support to junior kitchen staff when
needed
* Report problems, shortages, food loss, or mistakes to the
supervisor immediately
