- Provide professional and friendly customer service to enhance overall shopping experience.

- Develop strong product knowledge and effectively introduce product features, recommendations, and ongoing promotions to customers.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including upselling, cross-selling, and membership sign-ups.

- Maintain store presentation standards by ensuring proper merchandising, replenishment, and overall cleanliness of the outlet.

- Assist in inventory management, including stock receiving, stock counting, returns, exchanges, and loss prevention.

- Handle cashiering duties and system transactions accurately, ensuring all sales processes are properly recorded.

- Build and maintain good customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

- Comply with store operational procedures, service standards, and company policies at all times.

Job Requirements

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

- Candidates with experience in retail, customer service, or sales will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided).

- Possess good customer service mindset and strong communication skills.

- Positive, proactive, and sales-driven with a strong sense of responsibility towards achieving targets.

- Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

1.为顾客提供专业、热情的销售服务,提升顾客购物体验。

2.了解并熟练掌握产品知识,准确向顾客介绍商品特点及促销信息。

3.完成个人及门店销售目标,积极进行连带销售和会员推荐。

4.负责商品陈列、补货及门店整洁,确保符合品牌陈列标准。

5.协助库存管理,包括收货、盘点、退换货及防损工作。

6.处理日常收银及系统操作,确保交易准确无误。

7.维护顾客关系,提升客户满意度及复购率。

8.遵守门店运营流程、服务标准及公司规章制度。

任职资格

1.高中 / 中专及以上学历。

2.有零售、服务行业或销售相关经验者优先。

接受优秀应届毕业生或无经验者(提供培训)。

3.具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。

4.性格积极主动,具备销售热情和目标感。

5.能适应轮班制工作(含周末及节假日)。
