Store Associate

Job Description:
Receive stock, check, distribute, and display received items on the selling floor.
Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Pack stock, seal, and tag cartons for delivery.
Ensure correct shipping information is attached and move completed orders to the shipping area.
Keep shelves fully stocked, tidy, and complete with price labels.
Return unwanted items to their correct shelf positions and arrange products on shelves.
Check expired items and place near expiry items for special promotions.
Replenish stock from storage boxes.
Greet and welcome customers, always smiling and polite when attending to their questions and helping them locate items, providing advice, or recommendations.
Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean workspace in the store.
Assist each other in ensuring smooth store operations.
Complete job tasks given by a superior and follow workplace established guidelines and SOPs

Job Requirements:
18 years old and above
Experience in retail is an added advantage
Energetic & creative
Good in time management
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work in shifts, weekends & public holidays
