Store Team Leader (Imperial Miri Sarawak)

Your Role:
Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Take ownership of overall store performance and daily operations

Deliver exceptional and engaging customer service at all times

Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs

Oversee store operations including POS, inventory management, merchandising, and promotions

Ensure store cleanliness, visual standards, and brand presentation are consistently maintained

Manage staff performance, provide on-the-ground coaching, and foster a strong team culture

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Sales-driven with a hands-on and proactive mindset

Strong sense of ownership and accountability for store results

Passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences
