Job Description
岗位职责：
-协助厨师完成食材清洗、切配、备料等准备工作。
-按照厨房标准进行食材分类、储存及保鲜，确保食品安全。
-协助菜品装盘、打包及出餐，保证出餐效率。
-负责厨房卫生清洁，包括操作台、地面、厨具及设备的清洗与整理。
-清洗餐具、厨具及厨房用品，并保持厨房整洁有序。
-协助盘点库存，整理食材及物料，减少浪费。
-严格遵守食品卫生、安全及厨房操作规范。
-完成厨师长或厨房主管安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
-华人，能使用中文沟通。
-有厨房助理、餐饮或食品行业经验者优先，无经验可提供培训。
-身体健康，能适应厨房工作环境及长时间站立。
-工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，具备良好的团队合作精神。
