Minimum SPM or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or service industrypreferred
Leadership and communication skills
Responsible, punctual, and able to work shifts
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
Supervise and coordinate daily station operations
Manage and monitor staff performance andattendance
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance withcompany standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issuesprofessionally
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Prepare basic reports and assist managementwhen required
