Supervisor, Manufacturing (Medical device background preferred)

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met with high quality, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved

Maintain compliance with Quality Systems, company policies, and Malaysian labor laws

Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure proper documentation and procedures are in place

Ensure all manufacturing documentation and visual aids are available and followed on the production floor

Monitor and improve line efficiency, workload distribution, and productivity

Ensure proper material handling, identification, and segregation

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace

Enforce safety practices and ensure proper use of PPE

Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions

Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
