Supervisor, Production (Box Build Assembly)

Directly lead and handle a group of operators and/or technicians to meet the factory goals on Safety/Quality/Control/Delivery and Efficiency

Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met by coordinating the work of Team Leaders and production employees, including supervising production flow in order to make needed adjustments to meet all customer production requirements

Maintains minimum WIP and Rework inventory.

Manages activities to control/reduce expenses and scraps.

Ensures conformance to production processes/procedures.

Identifies and reports adverse trends and conditions.

Actively communicates and builds partnership within and outside department to achieve set objectives.

Selects, promotes, transfers, trains, motivates, appraises and treats employees equitably.

Performs related functions as assigned.

Compliance and participate in company activities which involves continual improvement on company environmental, safety and health goals. (ESD, ISO1400, OHSAS 18001 etc).
