Job Description

一、当班营运管理
班前检查：设备、物料、环境卫生、人员到岗，安排岗位（点单、备料、制作、出餐、清洁），合理排班分流高峰人手
秩序与服务：把控前台服务，引导点单取餐，高峰期控单，及时安抚顾客，处理客诉、差评、售后问题
班后收尾：核对订单、营收，做好日清、区域清洁、物料封存、设备清洗断电，填写当班记录
二、物料与库存管理
每日盘点原料、包材、鲜果、半成品，按需报货，防止断料、积压过期
管控物料损耗，监督正确备料、储存（冷藏、保质期、先进先出），减少浪费
收货验收：核对到货数量、品质、效期，不合格物料拒收，做好入库登记
三、人员带教与团队管理
新员工培训：带教 SOP、饮品制作、点单系统、卫生规范、服务话术、食品安全要求
日常监督员工仪容仪表、操作规范、纪律，做好简单激励
跟进新品培训、总部下发新活动、新规落地，保证全员知晓
配合总部督导巡店，按要求整改检查问题，提交各类报表、照片、资料.
