Job Description

Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) related to stock
-Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, production scheduling, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
-Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Drive supply chain inputs into the monthly S&OP process (related to stock) and translate demand forecasts -into feasible supply and capacity plans.
-Define safety stock strategies for finished goods and components aligned with service level targets.
-Implement segmentation-based planning strategies to improve inventory health and service performance.
-Identify supply chain risks and develop proactive contingency plans.

Demand Planning & Forecasting
-Review historical sales trends and develop accurate demand forecasts.
-Build, maintain, and continuously improve statistical forecasting models.
-Monitor and improve forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis.
-Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to align demand plans with promotions, product launches, and market activities.
-Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply, production, and procurement plans.

Inventory & Materials Management
-Develop and execute inventory plans based on forecasts, actual orders, and lead times.
-Monitor stock levels to prevent excess inventory and stockouts while maintaining optimal turnover.
-Conduct regular inventory reviews to identify slow-moving and obsolete items, recommending corrective actions.
-Oversee stock replenishment to ensure balanced inventory levels across warehouses
-Define optimal inventory targets and drive healthy working capital management.

Production & Vendor Coordination
-Create, prioritize, and manage production schedules aligned with manufacturing capacity and material availability.
-Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
-Oversee procurement, sourcing, vendor selection, and supplier performance management.
-Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier KPIs to ensure cost efficiency and service reliability.

Logistics & Warehousing Operations
-Lead warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock control and efficient inbound/outbound operations.
-Improve warehouse and distribution efficiency through process optimization initiatives.
-Develop cost-effective transportation and distribution solutions to ensure timely customer delivery.
-Strengthen inventory accuracy and warehouse governance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
-ner with ProcurPartement, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
-Drive fact-based, cross-functional decision-making to resolve operational challenges.
-Ensure supply chain alignment with revenue, margin, and service objectives.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
-Analyze supply chain performance data and monitor key cost drivers.
-Establish and strengthen KPI governance, reporting accuracy, and predictive planning capabilities.
-Identify efficiency gaps and lead cost optimization initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
-Lead and develop the local supply chain team, fostering accountability and operational excellence.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
-Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
-Strong attention to detail with confident decision-making abilities.
-Demonstrated ownership of supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization in high-mix, demand-volatile environments.
-Solid understanding of inventory segmentation, safety stock strategies, MOQ management, and order policy governance.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization with minimal supervision.
-Strong knowledge of inventory planning and logistics operations.
