What You’ll Do

Customer & Quality Liaison

Liaise with customers and internal teams on quality matters.

Manage complaints: fast containment, root cause analysis, permanent corrective actions.

Production & Quality Assurance

Handle FA inspections for new/revised parts and review discrepancies before mass production.

Support NPI projects by defining quality requirements early.

Develop control plans, PFMEA, inspection standards.

Ensure APQP/PPAP deliverables are on time.

Data & Improvement

Analyze quality metrics (PPM, scrap, rework, COPQ)

Use SPC, Pareto, and trend charts to spot trends.

Lead Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen projects.

Apply structured problem-solving: 8D, A3, DMAIC.

Audit & Compliance

Maintain ISO9001 / IATF16949 compliance.

Contribute to quality procedures and reviews.



What we're looking for

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in metal stamping or sheet fabrication.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, and CMM.

Skilled in QC tools (8D, FMEA, etc.).
