Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
-Demonstrate proficiency in swimming techniques and instruction, with a strong understanding of various swimming strokes and training methodologies.
-Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with diverse groups of swimmers and staff.
-Ability to develop and implement structured swimming programs tailored to different skill levels and Age groups.
-Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of swimmers and the operational needs of At Water Mates Sdn Bhd.

Responsibilities
-Develop and implement comprehensive swimming training programs tailored to individual skill levels and goals.
-Provide expert swimming instruction, focusing on technique, stroke development, and overall performance improvement.
-Conduct regular assessments of swimmers' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting training plans as needed.
-Ensure a safe and positive training environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
-Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and other stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
-Maintain accurate records of swimmer attendance, performance metrics, and training plans.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest swimming techniques, training methodologies, and industry best practices.
