Talent Acquisition Assistant

Key Responsibilities :
* Post job advertisements on assigned platforms (e.g. Facebook, job portals, social media channels).
* Respond to candidate enquiries via WhatsApp, social media.
* Screen resumes based on past experience and job requirements.
* Shortlist suitable candidates for further review.
* Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
* Communicate with candidates regarding application status.
* Introduce job details and basic role information to applicants.
* Support scheduling of interviews and follow-up activities.
* Maintain and update candidate records.
* Assist in preparing documents when the candidate being selected by company.
* Support data entry into systems or tracking sheets.
