Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in posting job advertisements
- Support candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system
- Assist in onboarding activities and documentation
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and interest in recruitment/HR
