No prior experience in recruitment is required as we provide structured onboarding, dedicated mentorship, and a clearly defined career pathway to ensure your long-term success.
Requirements
. Fresh graduates in Social Sciences or Business or other related background
. Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
. Genuine interest in recruitment: both willing and motivated to succeed in the field
. Sales-driven mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
. Passionate, driven, and people-oriented
. Enjoys engaging with others, building connections, and continuous learning

Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to placement and aftercare

. Build and maintain professional relationships with both clients and candidates
. Understand clients' hiring needs and match them with the right talent
. Maintain accurate records and manage a portfolio of active roles
. Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to team targets
