Job Description

岗位职责(Responsibilities)
• 带领及管理客户服务团队,为银行客户提供优质服务。
• 监督团队绩效指标(KPI)、生产力、出勤率及服务质量。
• 通过定期辅导、通话质检及绩效评估,培养和提升团队成员表现。
• 处理客户升级投诉及复杂个案,确保问题获得及时解决。
• 确保团队遵守客户SOP、银行相关法规及服务质量标准。
• 准备运营报告,并与内部相关部门协作,达成业务目标。
• 支持新员工入职培训及在职辅导。
职位要求(Requirements)
• 拥有大专(Diploma)或以上学历,专业不限。
• 具备至少 2年 BPO/客户联络中心(Contact Centre)银行或金融服务项目的团队主管(Team Leader)经验。
• 必须精通中文(普通话)及英语,具备良好的听、说、读、写能力。
• 具备优秀的团队管理、辅导及跨部门沟通能力。
• 熟悉客服运营KPI管理,包括 SLA、CSAT、AHT、Quality 及 Productivity 等指标。
• 能接受轮班工作,包括周末及公共假期(如业务需要)。
