Technical Manager

Job Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing technical operations related to slickline equipment and services, ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage slickline technical operations and service activities.

Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams.

Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and readiness of slickline equipment.

Review technical reports, procedures, and operational documentation.

Coordinate with clients and internal departments on technical matters.

Troubleshoot operational and equipment-related issues.

Ensure compliance with HSE policies and industry standards.

Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.



Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / PhD in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Slickline Equipment & Services.

Strong technical knowledge of slickline operations and equipment.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel and work offshore/on-site when required.
