Technical Service Engineer (Diploma are WELCOME!)

Position: Technical Service Engineer
Location: D'piazza, Penang (fully onsite)
Penang team size: 6 members
Interview Rounds: 2

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Trouble shooting, providing technical solutions, analyze on-site technical issue raised by customers
 Install and set up equipment at the customer site.
 Buyoff with the customer upon installation and setup. Provide equipment operation & basic
maintenance training to customer.
 Report forthwith on such activity, special problem or technical shortcomings that may affect the smooth operation of the job perform on customer site. Update all technical report accordingly
 Understand customer service process flow and practice safety at work on daily activity either in
house/ on-site support, in order to fulfil the company’s policies.
 Coordinate the installation/ setup schedule plan with the customer base on the assigned project.
 Take ownership and accountability for customer management, resolve customer’s issues during On-site support. Reduce customer complaints.
 Communication between customer and internal staff must be done professionally.
 Prioritize and fulfil customer’s expectation. Manage highlighted issues.
 Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.



QUALIFICATIONS (Academic/Professional)
 Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering are preferred or equivalent.
 Fresh graduates is encourage to apply.
 Candidate must be willing to travel and must flexible to work in within Malaysia region & overseas if support required.
 Owning a car vehicle is a MUST
 Proven strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to work independently and coordinate across various group and functional teams.
 Good written and verbal communication listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
 Good time management skills and problem-solving skills.
