Job & Academic Requirements
-Minimum SPM
-Fresh graduates are welcome!
-Technical skills are an advantage
-Passionate or familiarity with professional tech brands and broadcast products
-Proficient in English and Malay
-Willing to travel occasionally for client support, installations, or training (mileage claimable)
-Resides near Balakong, Cheras for punctuality and timely client visits

-Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
-Professional, responsible, and reliable in conduct and appearance

Required Technical Skills / Knowledge
-Basic knowledge of video and audio equipment and AV workflows
-Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and specifications
-Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
-Understanding of video editing/post-production software is a plus
-Willingness to learn installation, configuration, and calibration of professional cameras and equipment

Job Responsibilities
-Provide technical support and guidance under supervision for professional camera, audio, lighting, and broadcast equipment
-Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment for clients, events, or studio setups
-Troubleshoot and report technical issues for resolution promptly
-Help train clients on equipment usage under guidance
-Maintain technical documentation and inventory records
-Stay updated on new product developments, firmware updates, and technical specifications
-Support sales and technical teams with product demonstrations and client queries
-Ensure safe, secure, and compliant handling of all equipment
