Technical Support Engineer (After Sales)

Requirements

Education: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. • Knowledge of the surveillance industry or prior experience in technical support or project management roles is considered an added advantage.
Work Location: Petaling Jaya Selangor
Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is also preferred
Responsibilities

Continuously monitor and maintain systems as well as track project progress to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Respond to technical support inquiries from internal staff or external clients; diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, software, and hardware issues, and provide effective solutions.
Responsible for delivering and managing contracts related to road, bridge, traffic infrastructure, or maintenance projects. Oversee day-to-day activities within assigned priorities and ensure the quality and accuracy of all provided information and recommendations
