Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Involve in new product introduction activities with principal and R&D teams.
-Conduct product training and product demonstrations to customers and sales teams.
-Involve in indoor or on-site diagnosis, testing, repairing, installation and configuration for hardware and software.
-Ensure all activities performed are in compliance with quality standards.
-Responsible for RMA reports and application notes for all service repair activities.
-Perform preventive maintenance and first line system recovery services.
-Work effectively with other departments on interdepartmental tasks to ensure the customer best interests is maintained

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Candidates with lower qualifications but with good relevant hand on experience will also be considered.
-Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers.
-Preferable with knowledge in SQL, Computer Networking and Windows Operating System.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
-Positive, self-motivated & demonstrated abilities in working both independently and as a team.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
