Technical Support Engineer - Simpang Ampat

Responsibilities:
-Support of company agency product.
-Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate the product performance to customer
-Provide technical support to customer
-Develop new products and enhancing knowledge of user technical feedbacks and adherence to new product technical knowledge.
-Work closely with teams to create product requirements documentation according to business initiatives that will bring new product functionalities
-Maintain and build professional relationships with customers
-To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.

Requirement:
-Possess at least Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
-Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
-Experience in automation production is added advantage
