Technician/ IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Setup & Testing
- Loading, Installation and configuration of machine components.
- Conduct setup, calibration, and functional testing to ensure systems are fully operational.
- Verify all modules and integrations before deployment.

2. Module Testing & Validation
- Perform testing and validation for new module releases or firmware updates.
- Record and report testing results, identify issues, and provide feedback to relevant teams.

3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Serve as the first line of technical support for hardware or software issues.
- Diagnose, repair, or escalate issues to vendors or relevant teams as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions.

4. Operational & Software Support
- Support day-to-day operations of machines, including monitoring and incident handling.
- Report bugs or performance issues to the product or development teams.
- Assist in preparing operational guidelines and troubleshooting documentations.



Qualification & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in technical support, operations, or field servicing is advantageous (open to all experience levels).
- Basic knowledge of electronics, or networking preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to tasks.

Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to stand by and provide support during deployments, events, or system incidents that may occur after working hours or on non-working days.
- Able to work on-site and travel when required for setup or maintenance tasks.
- Flexible and reliable in responding to urgent operational needs.
