TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities :

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, lubricate, clean, and service equipment to prevent breakdowns.

Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components (doors, walls, etc.).

System Management: Maintain functionality of heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.

General Upkeep: Perform painting, carpentry, landscaping, and other facility maintenance tasks.

Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols, conduct quality checks, and ensure equipment meets standards.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and update service logs.

Emergency Response: Respond quickly to urgent repair requests to minimize disruptions.

Inventory & Support: Manage repair supplies and coordinate with external contractors when needed.



Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication and organizational skills.

May require a high school diploma or relevant certification (SKM Level 2 or 3)
