Job Description
Job Requirements:
At least SKM or Diploma in related (Mechatronics/Automation/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience related to Automation/Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Maintenance.
Computer literate especially words and excel.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be able to work shifts (Morning & Night)
Must be able to work 6 days a week, rest day depends on duty roster arrangement.
OPEN POSITIONS FOR:
1. Automation Technician
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and rectify equipment malfunctions promptly.
Monitor equipment performance to identify and resolve interruptions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and modifications.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
2. Utility Technician
To perform Preventive maintenance, cleaning and repair of Utilities equipment i.e. Thermal Oil Heater, Compressor, Cooling Tower, Chiller, Waste Water Treatment etc.
To replace chlorine tank and adjustment/troubleshooting.
To support Plant Engineering Design of Experiment or improvement project.
To maintain proper Preventive Maintenance, cleaning and breakdown record.
3. Control Room Technician (SCADA)
Any knowledge of SCADA control room/CCTV room operations, Machine Operations.
Basic knowledge of safety measures to ensure workforce are safe when deployed to attend to issues.
Monitoring movements and response of the production team to work on the issue identified through remote surveillance.
Monitor Respond to alarms by triggered and deploy Production team to check the specific area that are causing the change to the control parameter reading.
4. Production Technician
To perform the preventive maintenance job and other specific task.
To support in handling any glove quality issue in the machine and machine bypass or stop or startup.
To repair or change any spare parts faulty in the machine area and troubleshooting on any machinery issue.
To oversee packing operation & lead packing workers when supervisor on rest day or leave.
Perform on line quality inspection check.
5. WWTP Technician
Monitoring and responsibility daily water treatment quality before discharge.
Verify the right quantity of chemicals using and procedure of preparing chemicals.
To ensure all the piping, connector, pump and motor are well maintained.
Record down all the daily chemicals consumption, sludge quantity procedure.
Daily send the water discharge sample to lab for testing (pH, COD, Zinc Content and TDS parameter) and ensure all the parameter meets the Standard B requirement.
To ensure all the waste treatment compound/area are in clean and good environment.
