Telco Retail Sales Associate | Kuala Lumpur | Unlimited Commission

Job Descriptions:
-Proactively present and sell products and services to walk-in clients, handle payment, attend to service enquiries and complaints
-Handle Bill Payments, POS system, and emails
-Responsible for monetary transactions and company stocks (e.g. Phone, SIM Card, Accessories, Cash, etc.)
-Involve Instore and outdoor roving.
-To assume any other assignments from the Management.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum qualification of SPM or a high school diploma; additional education in customer service or retail is an advantage.
-Must have basic English communication skills
-Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
-Passion & motivated in doing sales
-Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
